The Faculty of Liberal Arts is the only faculty at the Hat Yai campus that offers education in social sciences, humanities, physical education, languages, and linguistics, with an emphasis on local arts and culture. The faculty’s mission is to cultivate graduates who can live happily in society, possess broad perspectives, understand problems, and learn how to solve them peacefully. Furthermore, the Faculty of Liberal Arts serves as a source of knowledge and research that benefits the region and extends its impact internationally, emphasizing teamwork and interdisciplinary approaches, promoting continuing education, and providing academic services to the community in various related fields to improve and develop the quality of life for the region’s population.
